Had a really good stay for a night. Its location was absolutely perfect, really close to restaurant and reception. the hotel was near the railway station and platform. Shri Swaminarayan Mandir was just 2 km away.

Everything was brand-new, had a very comfortable stay for a night. The breakfast was exceptionally good with excellent food. My room at this hotel was spotlessly clean and functional with very comfortable beds. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, near railway tracks: )

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to both the train station and the old city. We were offered complementary breakfast and dinner during our stay, and both were tasty and enjoyable. the rooms were well designed with the latest amenities, providing a very comfortable stay for us.

The noise disturbance from the busy road outside the hotel was quite noticeable, and could have been further mitigated. the fitness floor and pool were not yet operational, which was disappointing.

The room was quite nice with good air conditioning and the view from the window was pleasant. The housekeeping staff was very efficient in keeping the room clean. The breakfast had a decent variety and was served in a timely manner.

The staff seemed to be unorganized and did not communicate properly with each other. we encountered some issues with the security check process, as our local guests were not allowed inside our room.
